Addons
Our ProStores Addons offer new and extremely useful functionality for your ProStores web store. Addons are broken out as independent features which can be enabled and disabled at your discretion. Browse around the selection and if you find something you want, you can instantly install the Addon into your store and take advantage of the features it has to offer!
Each Addon may incur an additional charge to your account. You will be made aware of the price of the addon prior to activation of the Addon. NOTE: if you activate an addon in your store and then decide to disable, you will not be able to re-enable that addon until your next billing cycle.
2-Way Invoice Notes
The ability to maintain public and private notes on your ProStores Invoices is a vital feature to medium+ size stores. Departments are often located in different parts of the world and with this feature everyone knows the status of every invoice within your Administration. You won't realize you've needed this feature until you add it.

- Public notes visible to your customers.
- Allow your customers to respond on the same thread maintained on their invoice.
- Email notifications to you when a customer responds.
- Email notifications to the customer when you make a new public note to them.
- Internal notes maintained in-line with the thread between the customer and yourself.
- Color highlighting differentiates the note-type to you, so it's quickly obvious which notes are public versus internal.
Abandoned Cart Tracking
Gather crucial information about customer order abandonments and easily follow up with your lost customers. Let us track and maintain detailed information about each order including customer information as well as potential order information. Optional features include automatic follow up and lost order reporting via email.

Google Checkout
Google Checkout has been available to ProStores merchants for the past couple years in only a one-way fashion. That is, your customers come to your store, checkout through Google, and the invoice remains at Google with no record at all remaining in your store. This is a great solution in that it offers your customers all of the advantages that Google Checkout has to offer, but it can really become a nightmare when it comes to inventory management and sales reporting, since you now have orders spread across multiple platforms.
With PSpanel.com's 2-Way Google Checkout, you get all the advantages of offering an Additional Payment Method, as well as the peace of mind knowing that the invoice and customer record will be maintained in your ProStores Order Manager. You can fulfill your orders from Google, or ProStores, or even here at PSpanel.com, and the others will update accordingly. If you charge the order in Google, the Invoice will be moved into your Ready for Shipping Queue in ProStores. If you cancel the order in ProStores, the order will be canceled in Google. It's as simple as that. No more multiple logins to fulfill orders, you can take care of them all from your ProStores Administration. This is how it should have been from the beginning.
