2-Way Invoice Notes

Overview

As of ProStores v9.3.1 <http://www.prostores.com/newfeatures-931.html> it is possible to add Invoice Notes to your Invoices which can be displayed to your customers. However, this leaves out one important feature - Internal Notes. This addon allows you to track internal notes which can be made visible to your separate departments while remaining invisible to the customer. This establishes a common location for notes to be maintained on a per-order basis. Features include:

1. Public notes visible to your customers.
2. Allow your customers to respond on the same thread maintained on their invoice.
3. Email notifications to you when a customer responds.
4. Email notifications to the customer when you make a new public note to them.
5. Internal notes maintained in-line with the thread between the customer and yourself.
6. Color highlighting differentiates the note-type to you, so it's quickly obvious which notes are public versus internal.
